Marketing audit
See what your marketing is really doing — and where it's leaking.
A practical, top-to-bottom review of your advertising, SEO, website, tracking, and lead flow. You get a plain-language report on what's producing, what's leaking, and what to do in the next 30, 60, and 90 days.
Most local businesses don't need to spend more on marketing. They need to know which of the things they're already paying for are actually working, which are quietly leaking money, and which of their vendors are running the account they think they're running.
The Marketing Performance Review is a two- to three-week engagement that gives you that picture. We look at your ad accounts, analytics, CRM, website, local search presence, tracking layer, and lead-flow process — and we produce a written report and walkthrough that any operator can read.
It's not a sales pitch dressed as an audit. If your current setup is mostly right, we'll say so. If your current vendor is doing good work, we'll say that too. If we spot leaks — bad tracking, wrong keywords, misaligned landing pages, broken CRM handoff — we'll show you exactly where.
What's included
Every engagement covers these fundamentals.

Who this fits
Built for operators who need results they can point to.
- Local businesses spending $10K+/month on marketing without a clear read on results
- Dealerships stuck between OEM programs and independent vendor work
- New leadership inheriting a marketing stack they didn't build
- Owners considering an agency change and wanting an honest read first
Common questions
The questions we get most.
Is this the same as the Free Dealer Audit?+
The Free Dealer Audit is a focused, no-cost look at a dealership's public-facing marketing. The Marketing Performance Review is a deeper, paid engagement — with access to your ad accounts, analytics, CRM, and site — that covers the full stack. Many clients start with the free audit to see how we think, then move into a Performance Review when they want the full picture.
What access do you need?+
Read-only access to Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console, Google Business Profile, and your website CMS or hosting. When possible, we also want to see a sample of CRM data to validate what's happening downstream of the ads. Nothing gets changed without your sign-off.
How long does the review take?+
Two to three weeks from kickoff to delivery. Longer if the account stack is unusually large or if we're waiting on access.
What do we get at the end?+
A written report with prioritized findings and recommendations, a walkthrough call with your team, and a clean 30-60-90 action plan. We're happy to execute the plan, hand it to your internal team, or work with your existing vendors — whichever fits.
